B23D 11-18A AWARD BASED ON APPLICATION OF DSCR (MAR 1998)
DELIVERY REDUCTION INCENTIVE
(DRI)
AND
B11F04 11-18A-9G
(a) This award is made as a result of application of the
Delivery Reduction Incentive (DRI) evaluation factor. The award
value of $ is predicated upon delivery by the offered
delivery date which is incorporated into the contract as the
Contract Delivery Date (CDD).
(b) Failure to meet the CDD (contractor-caused delay) will
result in a minimum reduction of $ . The reduction
includes the DSCR administrative cost of processing a modification
to establish a new CDD and the dollar value DSCR was willing to pay
for the better delivery. Consideration for establishing a new CDD
is not precluded. The Government reserves the right not to extend
the delivery date.
