B11 9-4 WAIVER OF QUALIFIED PRODUCTS LIST DSCR (JUN 2009)

The QPL requirement of the specification cited in the
nomenclature is waived. The first article approval clause
requirements in this solicitation may be waived where an
approved QPL item is offered. Offerors offering such products
will enter the QPL item identification data in the "Prior
Governmental Acceptance" section of Clauses 52.209-9019,
Waiver of First Article Testing Requirements. Applicable
price reduction data for waiver of first article tests is
to be entered in the appropriate spaces of this same waiver clause.
