(a) Use clause 5352.219.9001, Use of Joint Ventures in Meeting the Limitations on Subcontracting Requirement, substantially as written, in Section I, whenever FAR 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, is required, i.e., in solicitations and contracts for supplies, services, and construction, if any portion of the requirement is to be set aside for small business and the contract amount is expected to exceed $100,000.
