(i) A separate sole source justification is not required if repair screening has been accomplished:
(A) In accordance with the AFMC Command-Wide Repair Screening Process,
(B) Documented on the Form AFMC IMT 762 and,
(C) Signed and certified by the Contracting Officer.
The Contracting Officer’s certification is required in Part V, Block 33 of the AFMC IMT 762 form.
