As prescribed in 13.390-5(b)(3)(90) insert the following clause:
IDPO EVALUATION (SEP 2008) - DLAD
(a) The Government will award an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) Contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and/or other factors specified elsewhere in this solicitation considered. Evaluation of prices will be based on the estimated annual demand, as stated in the schedule.
(b) Failure to agree to DLAD Clause 52.213-9003 (Section I) of this solicitation will affect the award decision for the solicited quantity in that any offer received that fails to agree to an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order Contract will be rejected as technically unacceptable.
