M5AC 52.213-9G02 APPLICATION OF EVALUATION DSCR (MAR 2004)
AND ALT I FACTOR FOR SOURCE INSPECTION

If the quote/offer is evaluated in accordance with DLAD Provision
52.213-9001 (Section M) an evaluation factor will be added to the
offeror's quoted price for each source inspection.
(a) This solicitation is intended to result in the award of a
contract under which multiple orders may be placed, for evaluation
purposes, it is anticipated that ______delivery orders will be issued.
The evaluation factor will be applied based on a presumption that each
order issued under this contract will result in a source inspection.
(b) If phased deliveries are required or offered, each phase
of delivery will be presumed to result in a source inspection.
