(a) Offerors may inspect the Government equipment to be
repaired or rebuilt under this solicitation. The Government
makes no warranty of the condition of the equipment except as
is explicitly so warranted or represented in this solicitation.
Questions on the meaning of the technical specifications and/or
the requirements shall be promptly and completely submitted to
the Contracting Officer. No claim for the time or a price
increase will be allowed except for parts and accessories
missing upon delivery to the Contractor which were represented
by the Government to be there or were there when inspected earlier
by the Contractor.
