I13F04 13-4A-9G DSCR NOTE TO CLAUSE 52.213-1
ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING - FAST PAY NOTICES (MAY 2004) DSCR^
(a) Paragraph (c)(5) of FAR 52.213-1 is deleted and
replaced with the following: Where a receiving report is
not required, a copy of the invoice (or for electronic contracts,
a commercial packing slip) will be included in each shipment.
(b) Fast pay procedures apply to delivery orders based
on the dollar value indicated below, provided: origin
inspection is not required and delivery is not to a stock
location other than an OCONUS Forward Stock Location under
the Forward Stock Initiative (FSI).
The Contracting Officer has authorized fast pay on
delivery orders not to exceed @510@@@.
(c) When fast pay applies and "DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN" is
indicated in the schedule for direct shipment line item(s)

Inspection/Acceptance IAW Fast Pay
Transportation Charges Reimbursable
(d) When included in the award these clauses do not
