    FAR Clause 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer - Central 
Contractor Registration (CCR) (Section I), is hereby deleted.  Registration
in the CCR is not required as the following exception applies:

         [ ]  Purchase will be paid for with a 
             Governmentwide commercial purchase card;

         [ ]  Award is being made to a foreign vendor 
             and work will be performed outside the United 
             States;

         [ ]  This is a classified award and 
             registration and CCR registration could 
             compromise the safeguarding of classified 
             information.

         [ ]  Purchase is to support an unusual or 
             compelling need of the type described in 
             FAR 6.302-2.
