Off topic and probably unnecessary, but as of this, I'm taking a break from Age of Empires. Battle Elephants move+15% faster. Villagers can garrison in Houses. in the latter stages though khmer farms end up being weaker than generic civs as they research wheelbarow and handcart.

Your data looks good, but I don't particularly agree with your conclusion that slav farms are always better, they are only slightly better than khmer farms in optimal positions, and are significantly worse in 2nd layer.
